Yingqi Xu has extensive experience in project management and supply chain management, currently serving in a supply chain role at Element Energy, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this, Yingqi worked at CCM from April 2019 to October 2022 as a Project Manager, where ownership of multiple projects was demonstrated, along with the creation of supply chain strategies and collaboration with globally distributed teams. Early career experience includes an Associate Project Manager role at China Resources Microelectronics Limited, focusing on project data analysis and SAP operations. Yingqi's educational background includes a Master of Science in Applied Economics and Finance from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Westcliff University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Suzhou University of Science and Technology.
