Will Chitwood, M.S, PHR, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Applied Materials since October 2024. Previously, Will held the position of People Partner at Early Warning® from June 2023 to October 2024, where responsibilities included providing HR guidance and support across multiple sites and overseeing a substantial workforce. Will's extensive experience in human resources includes a 20-year tenure with the US Navy, culminating as Regional Human Resources Manager/Senior Advisor, responsible for managing daily HR operations for 300 employees across three states. Will's educational background includes a Master of Science in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Post University, supplemented by a course in Design Thinking from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
