Philippe HELAL is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Senior Director of Engineering at Applied Materials, Philippe has held key leadership roles at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, including Director of Engineering, Deputy Director of Engineering, and Deputy Director of Technology Development. Prior experience at STMicroelectronics includes positions such as Engineering Area Manager for the 300mm FAB, Area Manager for the 200mm FAB, and Section Manager. Additionally, Philippe contributed to academic research as a Searcher in Physics at Université de Sherbrooke in Quebec, Canada.
