Kobi Kaminitz is an experienced engineer currently serving as a System Engineer at Applied Materials since September 2024. Previously, Kobi held the position of CTO at Rewind from January 2022 to November 2024 and worked as a Senior System Engineer at INUITIVE between January 2021 and March 2022. Kobi's experience includes a tenure as Sr. Camera Systems Engineer at Amazon Prime Air and leading imaging systems at SpaceIL, where Kobi integrated six HD cameras into a spacecraft aimed at landing on the moon. Additionally, Kobi founded Holon Instruments, providing freelance work on electro-optical systems, and has held various leadership roles in companies such as Pebbles Interfaces and Nano Retina. Kobi's educational background includes a B.Sc in Physics, Computer Sciences, and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
