Helen Armer is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the semiconductor industry. Since November 1999, Helen has served as Managing Director at Applied Materials, where responsibilities include knowledge base development, benchmarking, cost of ownership analysis, and data analytics for the installed base. Prior to this, Helen was a Technology Manager at Eaton, focusing on product development for fluid delivery systems from November 1993 to November 1999. Earlier in their career, Helen held the position of Director of Process Engineering at Materials Research Corporation, overseeing a team dedicated to developing equipment and processes for thin film deposition in semiconductor manufacturing. Helen Armer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston.
