Debesh Kanungo is an experienced Application Engineering Manager at Applied Materials, where a career spans from July 2017 to the present, including roles as Team Lead, Technical Lead in Application Engineering, and Senior Application Engineer. Prior to this, Debesh served as a Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from July 2015 to June 2017. Academically, Debesh holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Metallurgical Engineering & Materials Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, attained between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, completed in 2015. Early education includes a Science degree from Mother's Public School, Bhubaneswar (2009-2011), and high school at St. Xavier's High School, Bhubaneswar.
