Antonella Cucchetti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Senior Director at Applied Materials since August 1996. In this role, Antonella oversees technology development for High Current Ion Implanters and has demonstrated expertise in complex project management. Prior to this position, Antonella was a Principal Scientist at Varian Semiconductor until April 2023, specializing in new technology development for ion implantation. Antonella holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Brown University, as well as a Laurea in Physics from Università degli Studi di Milano, and has furthered education at MIT Sloan School of Management.
