Bill serves as product owner for new technologies and is responsible for client training and product education. He supports business development and serves as the primary, end-user technology consultant for the consulting team. Bill partners with software development leadership to serve as the principal contact for business intelligence and user-experience for all technology. Bill has more than 17 years of experience in training, leadership development, succession planning and organizational culture for health and wellness, educational and business organizations. He earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and theology from Palm Beach Atlantic College. Bill served as a leadership development consultant Lipscomb University, Tennessee Diversity Consortium, Goodlettsville Chamber of Commerce and the YMCAs of Zambia and Durban, South Africa.
