Jeff Quinlan is a Senior Project Manager at Applied Energy Group, Inc., managing multiple clean energy and efficiency programs with a budget exceeding $7 million. Previously, Jeff served as Manager of Acquisition Technologies and Senior Associate in Sales Operations at Inspire, where leadership of technical initiatives significantly enhanced sales processes and agent experiences. Prior experience includes roles at Cigna, where Jeff developed advanced legal tools and supported CRM implementations, and early career positions in marketing and treasury at Cigna and Penn State University. Currently pursuing a Master of Computer and Information Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Penn State University.
