Ella Benson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee at Applied Digital since May 2024, Ella has held the position of Director and Senior Analyst at Oasis Management Company Ltd. since December 2013, where focus has been on market neutral, multi-strategy funds primarily targeting Asia. Previous roles include Board Member at Stratus Properties from January 2017 to September 2020 and Investment Analyst at GAM from November 2009 to November 2013, as well as Analyst at Greenhill & Co. from June 2008 to November 2009. Ella holds a BBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business, completed in 2008.
