Steve Dillier serves as the Senior Principal Engineer at Appliance Innovation Inc., where responsibilities include leading electronics engineering and firmware development for new food service equipment products. Previously, Steve held significant roles at Highpoint Design LLC, including Director of New Product Development and President, where leadership in designing a touch screen controller for medical incubators and developing a commercial fleet fueling system was pivotal. Steve co-founded CADCAM Ventures, contributing to the development of a CADCAM system for dental restorations, and established IntraTech Dental Products, focusing on innovative dental laboratory ovens. Early career achievements include founding Automated Farm Equipment and PSI Precision Systems, Inc., where advancements in agricultural and concrete control systems were made. Steve holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from the University of Maryland.
