Megan Thomas has had a varied career, beginning with a role as a Data Entry Specialist at The Thomas Resource Group in 2005. Megan then moved to SharesPost in 2011, where they served as a Corporate Project Manager. In 2013, they joined Google as a Product Marketing/Logistics Lead, where they designed and presented interactive product demonstrations, represented and marketed Glass, created and managed a process for tracking inventory, managed logistics and merchandise for demos and events, expertly customized and distributed large sets of Glass devices, and coordinated logistics and inventory for a nation-wide DVF partnership launch event and retail popups. Additionally, they trained and on-boarded Nonprofit employees on Google Apps through the gCorps engagement program. In 2015, they moved to Vann Alexandra as a Project Manager, and then to ApplePie Capital in 2016, where they held roles as a Product Manager and Marketing Manager.

Megan Thomas attended the University of Oregon from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a BA in International Studies with a minor in Business. Prior to this, they attended Redwood High School from 2003 to 2007.
