Manisha Lallah is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Counsel at Appleby since December 2007. Key recent work includes advising MTN Group on a significant tender offer involving its US$750 million notes. Previously, Manisha held the position of Senior Associate, providing legal counsel to TiZir Limited on a USD 300 million bond issue for listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Earlier in their career, Manisha worked as a Barrister at Lallah Chambers from February 2004 to December 2007.
