Titus Barik is a Research Scientist at Apple since July 2021, focusing on special projects in Generative AI for developer tools and frameworks. Prior experience includes a role as Research Scientist at Microsoft from August 2017 to July 2021, concentrating on program synthesis and programming-by-example. Titus has also worked with ABB as a Research Scientist, where efforts were directed towards software engineering techniques and tools for industrial software systems from February 2014 to March 2016. Additional experience comprises internships at Microsoft and Google, engaging in logging, telemetry, and machine intelligence projects. Titus holds a PhD in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, along with a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
