Supratik Misra is an experienced DFT Engineer currently at Apple since May 2014, with prior roles as a Sr. DFT Engineer at NVIDIA and a Graduate Researcher at Proactive Lab, Virginia Tech. Misra's expertise includes DFT design and verification, demonstrated through significant contributions to next-generation Tegra chips and research in formal verification tools. A published author, Supratik co-authored "A Scan Pattern Debugger for Partial Scan Patterns." Additional experience includes an internship at Intel Corporation focused on CAD software engineering, research assistantship at Virginia Tech, and early work as a hardware intern at Manipal Dot Net Pvt Ltd. Supratik holds a Graduate Certificate in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech, along with a Bachelor’s degree from Manipal Institute of Technology.
