Sumit Gupta holds extensive experience in technology and product management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Products for Apple Cloud. Previously, Sumit provided advisory support to the Airbus Executive Committee for the STAR Program and held multiple directorial roles at Google, including Sr. Director and Head of Product Management for Google Infrastructure as well as Sr. Director for AI and ML Infrastructure. In addition to roles at various startups and as an advisor for NextCanada and NextAI, Sumit served as Chief AI Strategy Officer and CTO of AI at IBM, and also held the position of VP Products for AI, Machine Learning, and HPC within Cognitive Systems. Sumit Gupta completed a Post Doctoral Researcher program in Computer Science at UC San Diego and earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from UC Irvine.
