Rahul Suri is a skilled Soc Technologist with extensive experience in semiconductor process technology and CPU/SOC product development. Currently employed at Apple since May 2019, Rahul Suri specializes in foundry interface. Prior roles include Senior/Staff Device/Integration Engineer at Intel Corporation from November 2010 to April 2019, where contributions included the development of CMOS HKMG FINFET manufacturing processes and addressing process issues through failure analysis to enhance performance and yield.
