Nilay Desai is a Technical Program Manager at Apple, specializing in ensuring the quality of MacBook products throughout manufacturing and in-field phases, while managing field metrics to enhance product performance since December 2020. Prior to Apple, Nilay served as a System Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on system testing for multiple storage products and troubleshooting hardware/software bugs from August 2014 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes a validation engineer role at Intel Corporation from July 2009 to August 2014, where responsibilities encompassed validating high-performance circuits and designing test plans for electronics components, along with experience as a System Validation Engineer Intern. Nilay holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Gujarat University.
