Javier Monteagudo is a Wi-Fi Software Engineer at Apple since January 2024, contributing to the Sensing and Connectivity team by designing, developing, and optimizing Wi-Fi networking subsystem software. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Staff Software Engineer at DZS, focusing on next-generation consumer Wi-Fi management, and extensive work at ASSIA, Inc., where responsibilities included software development, architecture design, and quality assurance for consumer Wi-Fi management products. Javier has also held positions in software engineering, project management, and design engineering across several companies, including Visual Tools, Tuenti, and FON, showcasing a strong background in Wi-Fi, network protocols, embedded systems, and technical project leadership. Javier holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
