Dan Deets currently serves as the Head of People Services + Technology at Apple, a position held since October 2023. Prior to Apple, Dan held the role of Head of Workforce Planning, Mobility, and People Analytics at PayPal from September 2021 to October 2023, focusing on enterprise strategic workforce planning and talent mobility. Dan's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities spanned HR services and transformation, to KeyBank as EVP, Business CHRO. Dan's career began at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, leading global HR shared services, and encompassed earlier roles at Oracle and PwC. Dan holds an MBA and a BS in Management from Virginia Tech, along with completion of the Next Generation CHRO Academy at Deloitte University.
