Carl Bloom serves as the Employee Relations Director at Apple since March 2011, leading a team of Employee Relations Leaders across multiple lines of business in the US, Canada, and Latin America, impacting over 45,000 employees. With extensive experience in employee relations, Carl has held various positions at Apple, including Senior Employee Relations Leader and Employee Relations Manager, where leadership development and employee engagement were prioritized. Prior to Apple, Carl worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Oracle and held multiple HR roles at Sun Microsystems, contributing to compliance, performance management, and diversity initiatives. Education includes a BA in Psychology from Clark University and an MA in Organizational & Professional Communication from the University of Denver, supplemented by a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
