Tabitha O'Brien, J.D., currently serves as Assistant Treasurer and EDD Senior Analyst at Apple Bank since May 2022, after previously holding the position of KYC/EDD Analyst. O'Brien has extensive experience in compliance and analysis, including roles as Associate Analyst and Senior Analyst at AML RightSource from April 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Thomas Theophilos from December 2017 to April 2019, and interning as In-House Counsel at U.S. Energy Development Corporation in 2017, as well as a Judicial Intern at Erie County Supreme Court in summer 2016. O'Brien earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Legal Studies from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
