Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are received in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and conferences
- Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents and information
