Elsa Sprague is a Design Center Coordinator at Zippo Manufacturing Company since July 2021, responsible for design research, project tracking via SharePoint, creating presentations, and assisting customers with inquiries. Prior to this role, Elsa served as a Licensed Insurance Agent at USI Insurance Services from May 2019 to July 2021, specializing in Property & Casualty Insurance and developing client protection plans. Earlier experience includes working as a Team Leader at Tim Hortons, Assistant Manager at The Turn & Burn Cafe, and a Sales and Customer Service representative at The Beach House Tanning Salon. Elsa completed a diploma at Bradford Area High School in 2014.
