Oyku Altom is an experienced professional in the field of collections and risk management, currently serving as the Collection Manager at Apple Federal Credit Union since May 2014. Prior experience includes high-level roles at CITIBANK RUSSIA as Vice President-Country Collections Head, where Oyku Altom was responsible for delinquency and loss management across consumer products, and at CITIFINANCIAL UK as Vice President-Risk Manager, focusing on account management and collection strategies in the UK and Ireland. Additional roles in CITIFINANCIAL POLAND and CITIBANK TURKEY highlight a strong track record in driving performance improvements and establishing effective collection infrastructures.
