Kristen Grant is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Edgewater Technical Associates, LLC since May 2024, Kristen has a long tenure at Apple & Associates, where roles have included President/Executive Recruiter and VP of East Coast Operations/Executive Recruiter since July 1999. In these positions, Kristen has focused on retained and contingency search, adeptly qualifying and interviewing candidates for a range of organizations from startups to Fortune 100 companies. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Source Services/K-Force, where Kristen successfully launched a new division for Accounting Professionals and Executive Assistants.
