Lyndsey S. has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and project management. They started their career as a Software Tester at Applause in October 2020. They then progressed to the role of Test Team Lead in March 2021, where they managed and coordinated test cycles and prioritized bug resolution. After that, Lyndsey took on the position of Junior Test Engineer in June 2021, where they were responsible for thorough test planning, execution, and bug reporting. Currently, they are serving as a Test Engineer ll, taking a leadership role in testing more complex projects, analyzing test results, and optimizing testing strategies to enhance product quality. Prior to their experience at Applause, Lyndsey also worked as an Ecommerce Project Manager at Kroger from June 2017 to March 2020.

Lyndsey S. completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from West Virginia University in an unidentified period prior to 2022. In 2023, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from West Virginia University, which they completed in 2024. Additionally, Lyndsey obtained several certifications, including the Fundamentals of Predictive Project Management from the Project Management Institute and the Google Project Management Certificate from Google, both in July 2023. Lyndsey also obtained the CompTIA Project+ certification in December 2022 from CompTIA.
