Keith Jin has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Keith began their career in the US Navy, serving as a Radioman from 1990 to 1997. Following their military service, Keith worked at Document Sciences as a Senior Business Solutions Consultant and later as a Marketing Manager from 1997 to 2003. Keith then joined EMC, where they held multiple roles including Senior Technical Trainer and Product Manager/Manager of Quality Assurance from 2003 to 2013. Keith continued their career at Dell EMC as a Senior SME/TAM from 2013 to 2018. During 2018, they took a sabbatical to travel, engage in independent studies, and spend time with their newborn. Currently, Keith is working at Applause as an Enterprise Solution Delivery Manager, a position they have held since 2019.

Keith Jin attended Coleman University from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Computer Science. Keith also holds several certifications, including "JavaScript and JSON: Integration Techniques" from LinkedIn obtained in January 2019, "Product Management First Steps" from LinkedIn obtained in November 2018, "Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant" from Salesforce obtained in October 2018, "Scrum: Advanced" from LinkedIn obtained in September 2018, "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn obtained in September 2018, "Learning Docker" from LinkedIn obtained in July 2018, "SQL Essential Training" from LinkedIn obtained in June 2018, "Splunk Certified User" from Splunk obtained in May 2018, and "Salesforce Administrator" from Salesforce obtained in April 2018. Keith also has various certifications from Salesforce Trailhead, including "SalesForce (Various Certifications)" and "SalesForce Mobile App Customization".
