Maricruz Murillo is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a career spanning various roles in recruitment and staffing. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Applaudo since October 2020, Maricruz leads the full recruitment process across multiple technologies and manages relationships with internal clients. Previously, at BairesDev, Maricruz held positions including Staffing Analyst and IT Recruiter, responsible for candidate selection, negotiation, onboarding, and client evaluations. Maricruz also has experience as a Freelance Interpreter and Host with Compassion International. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Project Management from Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador.
