Jetsuda Areephong serves as the Associate Director of Product Development at Appili Therapeutics since May 2016, where responsibilities include planning and organizing the multi-disciplinary development team's daily operations with a focus on GMP in drug development. Previous roles include Assistant Director of CMC and Chemist, involving the design and synthesis of biologically relevant compounds and ensuring laboratory compliance and training. Jetsuda has academic experience as a Lab Instructor at Saint Mary's University and a Part-time Instructor at Mount Saint Vincent University. Research experience includes a position as a Postdoctoral Fellow at UC Santa Barbara and the University of Geneva, where work focused on advanced organic chemistry applications. Jetsuda holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Groningen and two degrees in Chemistry from Mahidol University.
