Lavanya Ramasamy is a seasoned professional in software development and Agile methodologies, currently serving as Manager and Lead Agile Coach at Appian Corporation since August 2022. Previously, Lavanya held the position of Scrum Master II at B.A. Continuum Private Limited within Bank of America from December 2020 to August 2022, and prior to that, served as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and DevOps Expert at B.A. Continuum from May 2018 to December 2020, focusing on Agile and DevOps CI/CD transformation.
