Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic products, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has also held the role of Compliance Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and management at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana's nutrition expertise was demonstrated through a position as a Nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational accomplishments include a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
