Serhii Batura is an experienced professional in customer service and success, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service & Safety at appflame since February 2024. Previously, Serhii held the position of Head of Customer Success at Saldo Apps, where leadership involved overseeing a team dedicated to enhancing sales and accounting processes for small businesses and freelancers. At Cleverr, Serhii advanced from Deputy Head of Billing Support to Head of Customer Relations, focusing on client retention and collaboration with product development. Serhii began a career at IQdo, contributing as a Billing Support Specialist and later as Co-Founder. Serhii holds a Bachelor's degree in Germanic Languages from Kyiv National Linguistic University, earned between 2014 and 2018.
