Joe Cook Jr is the current Executive Chairman at Appello Pharmaceuticals. Joe has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including serving as the Director for Mercy Multiplied International, Chairman of the Board for Amylin Pharmaceuticals, and Founder and Director for Ironwood Pharmaceuticals. In addition to their work in the pharmaceutical industry, Joe has also served on the Strategic Advisory Board for Elanco Products Company and as a Trustee for Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary.

Joe Cook Jr. has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
