Jorge Costa has extensive experience in IT service delivery and management, currently serving in a Service Delivery role at Appdome since April 2021. Prior to this, Jorge held the position of IT Director at Kinemin S.A. from June 2012 to April 2021, where responsibilities included oversight of technical services, expense analysis, and client negotiations. Earlier career roles include IT Security Specialist at Telecom Argentina and Chr. Hansen A/S, focusing on security tool administration and analysis, as well as Help Desk Lead at Groupe PSA, coordinating support services across Latin America, and Help Desk Support Specialist at Telefónica, providing technical support for a variety of telecommunications services.
