Bryan Reynolds, PMP, CSSBB, currently serves as the Director of Advisor Support Operations at AppDirect, overseeing a global organization responsible for exceptional support to advisors in technology and telecommunication solutions. Previously, Bryan held multiple leadership roles at TBI Inc. from March 2014 to March 2023, including Sr. Director of Sales Operations and Director of Post Sales, where responsibilities encompassed managing large teams, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing partner support. Bryan's earlier experience includes roles in sales operations and partner experience management at TBI, as well as serving as a music teacher at Rantoul Twp. High School. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has contributed to the Channel NX2Z Board of Directors, advocating for the next generation in the IT sales channel.
