Siarhei Piachonik has extensive work experience as a Java software developer, with positions at several companies. Starting in 2013, they worked at EPAM Systems as a Java Software Developer until 2015. Siarhei then joined LeverX as a Java Software Developer for a year. In 2016, Siarhei moved to Godel Technologies Europe, where they worked as a Java Software Developer until 2018. Siarhei then joined Synesis as a Senior Java Software Developer from 2018 to 2019. Siarhei's most recent role was at Appcast, Inc, where they started as a Senior Java Software Developer in 2020, and later became a Java Team Lead in 2021.

Siarhei Piachonik pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Automated Data Processing Systems from 2010 to 2015 at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. Siarhei then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Security Management of Production Processes from the same university, completing their studies in 2016.
