Usman Shahzad started their work experience as an Information Technology Network Engineer at 3Layers Technologies in December 2019. Usman worked in this role until June 2022. In June 2022, they joined Apparound as a Software Developer. At Apparound, Usman works in an agile environment and is part of a Scrum team. Usman'sprimary responsibilities involve developing the web-view portion of a web app on mobile platforms using technologies such as AngularJS, React, Bootstrap, and jQuery - Backend.

Usman Shahzad obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science and Networking from the Università di Pisa, graduating between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Telecommunication & Networking at the COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology, studying from 2014 to 2018. Usman also attended Army Public School - (APSACS) from 1998 to 2013, where they obtained an FSc degree in Pre-Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Usman Shahzad has acquired several certifications. Usman became a Juniper Networks Certified Associate - Junos (JNCIA-Junos) in January 2021 through Juniper Networks. Usman also became a member of the IEEE Computer Society in March 2015. Additionally, Usman holds a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, which they obtained in March 2020 from Cisco.
