Victor Trafaniuc has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Victor currently holds the position of Product and Technology Director at Maplink and CTO at Apontador, both starting in 2020. Previously, they worked at Smiles as an Innovation, Digital Channels and UX Manager from April 2020 to July 2020, and as an IT Architecture Manager from December 2018 to April 2020. Prior to Smiles, they were employed at Saraiva as an IT Operations & Architecture Manager from December 2014 to November 2018. Victor also worked at UOL, where they held various managerial roles, including Senior Systems Engineering Manager from March 2011 to November 2014, IT Services & Infrastructure Manager from November 2008 to February 2011, Storage Coordinator from September 2007 to October 2008, and Senior Storage Engineer from June 2004 to August 2007. Victor began their career at Dell EMC as a Senior Technology Education Consultant from January 2004 to June 2004, and prior to that, they worked as a Software Consultant from October 2000 to January 2004.

Victor Trafaniuc pursued their education in a chronological manner. Starting from 1995 to 2000, they attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronic Engineering. Following this, from 2002 to 2004, they continued their education at the same university and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree, specializing in Computer Engineering. Finally, in the period between 2005 and 2007, Victor Trafaniuc enrolled in FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they obtained an MBA degree in Strategic Management.
