Vikas Singh is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Apollo Hospitals since September 2023. Previously, Vikas held various positions at Accor from October 2017 to August 2023, including Assistant Manager Outlet Food and Beverage Service and Food and Beverage Supervisor, while also participating in the AccorHotels Emerging Leaders Programme at Novotel Lucknow. Vikas began their career in the industry as an F&B Associate at Novotel Lucknow and completed an Industrial Traineeship at ITC Grand Chola in Chennai in late 2015. Vikas holds a Bachelor of Hotel Management in Hospitality Administration from IHM Srinagar, obtained from 2014 to 2017, and completed secondary education at Sri Narayan Singh Higher Secondary School in Atrauli Hardoi from 2012 to 2014.
