Samantha Falchook is an experienced professional in the field of credit compensation and human resources analytics. Currently serving as Associate Director of Credit Compensation at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since March 2022, Samantha previously held various roles at Morgan Stanley, including Manager and Associate in HR Data and Analytics. Prior experience includes teaching assistant positions at Cornell University and research assistant work for The Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution. Samantha also completed internships at Morgan Stanley, Canon Solutions America, and MicroCapital Group, along with a sales internship at Packback. Samantha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
