Kostrinsky's career began with various internships and analyst positions at firms such as Larch Lane Advisors LLC, Boxwood Strategic Advisors, and Lehman Brothers. Adam Kostrinsky earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Fordham University, following studies at Georgetown University and Rockland Community College.
