Michael Kasper has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael started their career in the Bundeswehr, where they served as an officer in various roles, including as a Kompaniechef and S3-Offizier. After leaving the military, they worked as a Revisor at Wertkauf Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. Michael then moved on to Möbel Mann GmbH, where they held multiple roles, including Leiter Auftragsabwicklung/Kundendienst and Leiter Betriebswirtschaft. Following this, they joined Kaufland Stiftung und Co.KG, where they served as Geschäftsbereichsleiter Revision International and Teamleiter Filialrevision. Michael then took on the role of Geschäftsbereichsleiter Omnichannel International at Kaufland. Most recently, they have been working as the Head of Logistics at Apollo-Optik.

From 1985 to 1989, Michael Kasper attended Universität der Bundeswehr in Hamburg, where they earned a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann. Michael'sfield of study focused on Wirtschafts und Organisationswissenschaften.
