Yvonne Hum has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Yvonne began their career at Trustus International Trading Inc / IS Eyewear Design in 1999 as a Production Coordinator, where they were responsible for coordinating with vendors and suppliers and tracking the progress of projects. In 2001, they transitioned to the role of Product Manager / Team Lead - Operations, where they managed transportation logistics, negotiated with vendors, and organized tradeshows and exhibits.

In 2011, Yvonne started freelancing as a self-employed Project Manager, focusing on sales forecasting, project planning and management, and business process improvement. Yvonne then joined Springs Global - Canada Inc. in 2013 as a Product Manager, overseeing product development.

Yvonne's next role was at Apollo Health and Beauty Care, where they served as the National Sales Manager from August 2015 to November 2019, and later as the Director of Sales. Their responsibilities included developing sales strategies, managing accounts, and driving sales growth.

Throughout their career, Yvonne has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to analyze market research, and experience in cost-benefit analysis and opportunity discovery initiatives. Yvonne has also exhibited expertise in negotiations, budgeting, and inventory management.

Yvonne Hum pursued their education at The University of British Columbia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography with a focus on economic and urban studies. This educational journey took place from an unknown start year to 2005. Yvonne further expanded their knowledge by attending the University of Toronto, specializing in Business Process Management from 2014 to 2015.
