Ruth Lucy is an experienced professional currently working in People Operations at Twiga Foods since August 2022, while also serving as a Field Agent Support for Apollo Agriculture since November 2021, where responsibilities include providing sales support and training agents. Previous experience includes a Business Development Internship at AMREF Flying Doctors, where Ruth identified and developed a sales pipeline, and a role as a Financial Advisor/Sales Representative at CIC Insurance Company, focused on selling life products. Additionally, Ruth worked as a Marketing Agent for the Nairobi Securities Exchange, promoting the NSE Investment Challenge. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Kenya Institute of Management.
