Shirley P. has held various significant roles within the United States Marine Corps and civilian healthcare settings since 1999. Currently, as a Benefits Issuing Authority, Shirley manages the approval and case management for over 400 cases involving Marine Corps Reservists experiencing health issues during service. In addition, Shirley serves as a Care Manager Monitor at Apogee Solutions, Inc., focusing on clinical assessments and care coordination for Reserve Marines within the Wounded Warrior Regiment. Previous experience includes roles as a Case Manager and a PWST SNCOIC in the Marine Corps, and as an ICU RN at Parma Hospital. Shirley holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Nursing from Cuyahoga Community College.
