Koeppel, Karl has over 15 years of experience in the technology and support sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Service Desk Analyst at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. since September 2008, Koeppel previously worked as a Technical Support Specialist at SNE Enterprises from 2005 to 2008 and as a Design Engineer at Fallon Neon from 2002 to February 2005, focusing on the design of neon signs. Koeppel holds two Associate's degrees from North Central Technical College, one in Network Specialist (2001-2003) and another in Programmer Analyst (1999-2001), and completed high school at Antigo High School in 1999.
