Pragya Jha is a seasoned software development engineer in testing with a robust background in quality assurance and automation testing. Currently serving as a Senior Software Development Engineer Test at apna since December 2020, Pragya has successfully led automation testing initiatives, achieving a 30% reduction in testing time through the development and maintenance of automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Python. Previous experiences include roles as SDET II and Quality Assurance Engineer at Chefling Inc, as well as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Capco, where Pragya demonstrated strong analytical skills in reviewing system specifications and executing test scripts.
