Catherine MacMillan currently serves as a Clinical Advisor with APM since November 2018, contributing expertise within the Assessment Services Team. Previously, Catherine worked as an Occupational Health Coordinator in a mining environment and held roles as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant at APM, Casual Academic at CQUniversity, and Technical Account Manager/Service Development Project Manager at HCML, where achievements included recognition as Young Achiever of the Year at the Rehabilitation First Awards in 2009. With foundational experience as an Occupational Therapist in various healthcare settings across Australia and the UK, Catherine holds a Master’s degree in Health Ergonomics from the University of Derby and a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University, along with ongoing professional development in project management.
