Alex Rutter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and operations management. Currently serving as the National Operations Manager for APM Communities since February 2019, Alex oversees a team of 200 across various regions, effectively supporting over 25,000 NDIS participants. Prior roles include General Manager at Foresight Health and Human Services, where strategic initiatives were developed for health and community services, and Chief Operating Officer at Capstone Health, where business efficiencies were enhanced and revenue increased. Alex has also held positions as Health and Safety Manager at Rio Tinto and Health, Safety, Training and Environment Manager at Swick Mining Services, significantly improving safety metrics and reducing injury rates.
